All horns are shipped at the risk of the buyer. This especially regards to any regulations concerning the import of animal products to various nations. All our horns are religious items and free to use under any term of law concerning protected animals. Nevertheless, some countries (e.g. Austria, Australia, and more) may ask for additional proof concerning the hygiene of the horn. Sometimes (not always) the border control asks for a veterinarian's testimony.

This testimony surpasses in most cases the value of the horn and has to be ordered before the horn is shipped. The buyer is solely responsible for any loss of the horn due to customs. Our money back guarantee is valid when the horn comes back to our warehouse, not when it gets stuck in customs!
