The Galilee Olive groves have accompanied our civilisation for thousands of years. In these Biblical regions you can find olive trees aged two thousand years or more. We combine the age-old cultivation traditions with the most modern techniques in order to produce our olive oil.


It is the result of the strictest selection of the best typical varieties of the Galilee's world famous olive groves: Barnea, Souri and Pikual. They are harvested at optimal maturity and pressed delicately in order to preserve all the personality of Hanetofa Olive Oil: an outstanding and delicate aroma, a mounth watering freshness and a full bodied flavor without heaviness, signature of the world's greatest olive oils.
