Harvested and First Cold Pressed the same day in the region of the Sea of Galilee.

The Souri olive variety is native to the Lower and Upper Galilee regions of Israel. One can still find scattered over the hills of the Galilee ancient trees of this variety. It is distinguished by its strong and unique fruity aroma and pungent flavour. Its level of natural vitamin E is very high, some 19mg per 100ml of oil.

This results in a distinctive first-press olive oil for seasoning and cooking.

Grown and produced in the Shadmot Devora, Lower Galilee, Israel.
