We ship from locations in Israel and the USA. Our flat rate shipping charge is $8.95 USD for orders under $60 or 15% for all purchases over $60.

All horns are shipped at the risk of the buyer. This especially regards to any regulations concerning the import of animal products to various nations. All our horns are religious items and free to use under any term of law concerning protected animals. Nevertheless, some countries (e.g. Austria, Australia, and more) may ask for additional proof concerning the hygiene of the horn. Sometimes (not always) the border control asks for a veterinarian's testimony.

This testimony surpasses in most cases the value of the horn and has to be ordered before the horn is shipped. The buyer is solely responsible for any loss of the horn due to customs. Our money back guarantee is valid when the horn comes back to our warehouse, not when it gets stuck in customs!

Our highest goal as retailer and service company is 100% satisfaction from our customers. This is why we have a generous return policy and a 30-day, no-questions-asked money back guarantee on all our products (cosmetics excluded).

If for any reason whatsoever you do not like your purchased product (cosmetics excluded) and you are not satisfied fully, please let us know and send your product back for a full 100% refund of your purchase price! No questions asked.

1. Return Locations:

   We ship from locations in Israel and the USA, but we have locations in the USA and Israel to which you can return your product.

   (1-888-374-2566), and we will give you the closest return address.
    

2. Refund Amount:

   The refund will be 100% of your purchase price as well as our shipping and handling cost (the $8.95 flat shipping and handling fee). However, we do not cover any costs involved with your returning the product to our warehouse.
    

3. Refund Period:

   The refund option expires after 30 days.

   We normally ship out our orders within 48 hours via UPS ground or USPS from our warehouse.  Under normal circumstances, you will receive your item(s) within 10 days. When you take into consideration another 10 day shipping period for your item(s) to return to our warehouse, you are left with a full five days to review your product and decide if you want to return it.

   If you are running close to the 30-day deadline, and are willing to carry the extra cost of a faster delivery service in returning the item(s) to our warehouse, you can, of course, make use of such a service. However, remember that we do not cover any costs involved with your returning the product to our warehouse.

   We will give you a refund, but we will deduct our $8.95 shipping and handling fee from the amount refunded.
    

   • Shofars: No limitations - You aren't pleased with the shofar, you send it back.

   • CDs and Videos: We will refund returns of CDs and videos if in their original and unopened packaging. Once they have been opened there will be no refund.

   • Cosmetics: No return for cosmetics.

   • All other products: All products have to be shipped back in their original package, unopened. Products which did not come in their own package must be packed with sufficient protection that no damage will be done to the product during its return.
