To observe all that God has commanded each year at the festival of Passover, aspecial meal is held called a Seder. Seder means order. There is a prescribed order to the meal with prayer, food and drink as well as telling the story of the exodus from from a special book called "Hagaddah".

One of the main features on the Seder Table is the Seder Plate. It is a large plate with
sections divided for various objects relating to the exodus.

All the pageantry, symbolism, and ritual of the Passover Seder remind us that we are
free men and no longer slaves.

The New Testament relates the Last Supper that Jesus shared with his disciples to be the Passover Seder. It is at this opportunity that Jesus shares the "New Covenant" using the Matzah and the wine to represent his body and his blood.
